Sheet Pan Mix Cookies
Four cookie flavors baked together on one half sheet pan using one base dough divided into parts. Melted butter replaces some butter for moisture. Milk swaps cream. Fold dry into wet to avoid tough dough. Scatter cinnamon sugar on one quadrant. Chocolate chunks added after baking to preserve shape and texture. Bake til puffy then settles. Tap pan to deflate if too airy. Cool fully then score into 24 bars. Store airtight, room temp, keep fresh up to 5 days if they last.
